certainly recognize it as a desirable destination for your earned vacation: sea,
sun, plenty of islands and rugged coastline, park forest "Zlatni rt"
or "Palud" swamp will attract nature sympathizers. For those socially
inclined, going out in the evening will offer a whole plenty of bars, terraces,
restaurants, or just summer walk along the town's coast.
Sport lovers will be able to choose between numerous sports:
swimming, sailing, surfing and water-skiing, parachuting above sea being dragged
by motor
boats, diving, riding, cycling or running through pleasant and interesting
landscapes...
Those of you who enjoy seafood specialties will have many
opportunities to choose among rich offering of white and blue fish, shells,
crabs and more. Tasting a far and wide famous
Istrian 'prsut' (smoked
ham) and sheep cheese is a must, as is toasting with 'Istrian soup', a
specific drink of this area made with red wine, olive oil, a little sugar and a
touch of pepper.

positioned in a quiet suburban settlement named Kokuletovica. A
fairly priced, but very nice restaurant operates in this area. For those
of you who love genuine nature, proximity of clear
water beaches with rocks or pebbles, ideal for sunbathing, is an
advantage. Supermarket is situated in the adjacent auto camp Veštar
(distance 1 km). Its sandy and shallowly gulf is ideal for families with
kids. You can rent boats in Veštar, or play a match of tennis, or
volleyball...

Specialty: house is placed
almost near the seashore, offers a relaxing view
of old part of town and sea. In close proximity there are a few
restaurants, a fitness club, a sandy volleyball terrain and a diving center. Auto camps in
neighborhood offer different kinds of sport
entertainment. Since the town center is near, apartment guests will
find it convenient to choose a few discount stores to buy foods and drinks
from. Market place is also in the near, where you can get seasonal
vegetables and fruits or fresh fish caught the night before.

Town distance: 20 km (25 minutes by car)
Specialty: it is just this distance from Rovinj that makes
a possibility for their not everyday offer: agro tourism. A plenty of home
grown and made food and wine is just a part of their standard offer,
but makes them distinguished is certainly an ostrich farm situated near
the hose. You'll have a possibility to taste real specialities: ostrich
meet and eggs. In proximity there is an abandoned town 'Dvigrad', whose
habitants died a long ago. The place would have fallen into oblivion,
should have there not been tourists that appreciate its ancient look. If
you like sea specialities, restaurants on coasts
of Lim channel will offer you a gastronomic pleasure: fish and shells
grown in their natural ambiance. 1 km from house there is a railway
station (in Kanfanar town), which makes is possible for guests without
cars to go there for their vacation.
